Webmaster Tools Notice of removal from Google Search

With the new “right to be forgotten” ruling by European Union’s top court Google started removing some results from different searches. To put a hole in the ruling they added at the bottom of the page a notice “Some results may have been removed under data protection law in Europe.”

Now Google started notifying the webmaster that some page have been removed from the search results with a  “Notice of removal from Google Search” in WebMaster Tools

removal from Google Search

A search in google.co.uk for the name gave me the “Some results may have been removed under data protection law in Europe.” notice and my site was not in the top 50 results were in google.com it is ranking in the top 10.

I must add that I see no reason this page was requested to be removed there is noting negative/ bad/ wrong/ insulting/ embarrassing about the person the page is about. (This makes you wonder what different people see as negative)

*I have an image of the searches both in google.com and in google.co.uk but I see no reason reveling the name of the person I got this notice for. But if you message me…
